I, the undersigned, hereby grant to Bakin' Jakes Photography, its legal representatives, and assigns (hereinafter referred to as “the Photographer”), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or video images of me for editorial, trade, advertising, portfolio, website, social media, and any other lawful purposes in any manner and medium.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.
I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation for the use of these images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
I release the Photographer and all persons acting under their permission or authority from any liability related to the lawful use of these images.
I agree to tag and credit the photographer in all image posts and publications.
